As we work to provide high-visibility, high-performance environments for our players, we will now also begin teaching players how to avoid long-taught conditioning, warmup, and mechanics that have unfortunately lead to epidemic-levels of injuries, surgeries and careers cut short.

At TPA we know our players have a strong desire to compete at higher levels of baseball. We're committed to keeping our players safe and performing at their optimal levels now and in the future, which is why we are teaming up with experts at Complete Athlete to offer additional clinics, symposiums and training to our players (and Parents).
