Texas Stix Baseball Club

It's that time again to register for Summer Baseball.  Registration consists of signing contracts and getting payment plans set up.  Below you will find the contract that can be downloaded and printed off.  Please fill this out and bring it to registration.  Registration will be Saturday January 22nd from 12:00pm-3:00pm.  You can show up anytime within these three hours. 

Payments Due: Feb. 1st, Mar. 1st, Apr. 1st, May 1st

2. Provide a CC # to debit on due dates
